Protection Rails and Dado Rails
We have completed a couple of projects in the recent past which involved protection rails or dado rails to external sheeting and also internal dado rails or trolley protection rails. These we manufactured from flat sheets of stainless steel and we perforated them and then pressed them to create a strong panel and the perforations give it a more architectural look. Simple but effective. These rails can easily be replaced if damaged, unlike the architectural panel they’re protecting.
Because the panels are made from flat sheets and not tubes the size and shape can be site specific and even the perforations can be different. Company logos can also be applied.

You did a great job on this project, Martin! I bet you had a hard time fabricating the flat sheets of stainless steel. Keep it up!

Yea, it was an interesting project but with the CNC punch and press we were able to manage it ok.
